We seek a developer with a track record of successfully delivering development projects within an agency environment. You will be a team player with a solutions-based approach. You will be up to date with the latest industry developments and be a stickler for abiding by coding standards and best practices.

Candidates must have proven experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript languages. We are looking for people who see the bigger picture, not just your immediate task list in front of you, to ensure projects are running smoothly, proactively looking to innovate, streamline processes, and push the boundaries for their clients. You'll be working in a team that is rapidly expanding. This means you can make the role your own and grow!

Responsibilities

    * Development of industry-leading websites and digital experiences

    * Taking designs and converting them into Craft CMS and Shopify sites

    * Innovation: constantly looking for better ways to do things by keeping up to date with the latest developments in the industry and applying this to client work

    * Ensuring all development work is thoroughly tested before client review

    * Liaising with the management team to give progress updates and escalate any issues

    * Working as part of a wider team with project managers, customer success, and webmasters

Requirements

    * 2 Years of development experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS

    * Great working knowledge of React and Node.js

    * Knowledge of PHP and Laravel framework

    * Knowledge of MySQL

    * Working knowledge of GitHub

    * Good communication skills and interpersonal skills

    * Appreciation for clean and readable code

    * Strong team player who can use their initiative and self-manage

    * Demonstrable skills in implementing responsive websites

    Nice to have:

    * Shopify Liquid experience

    * Knowledge of Express.js

E-commerce Project Manager

We’re on the lookout for a talented and driven E-Commerce Project Manager to join us on a temporary (6-month) contract and lead e-commerce website projects from kickoff to launch — and beyond. If you’re detail-oriented, tech-comfortable, and energized by digital commerce, we’d be excited to meet you.

    • Lead e-commerce website projects end-to-end — from requirements and planning to launch and post-launch optimization
    • Serve as the primary client point of contact, making sure their vision is understood, delivered, and translated into “developer” when needed
    • Manage multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional teams (development, design, QA, content)
    • Collaborate closely with our Webmaster and Development teams to keep things running smoothly
    • Keep timelines sharp, budgets on track, and quality consistently high

Requirements

    • 2+ years of experience in project management within web or e-commerce environments - MUST
    • Strong technical understanding and the ability to communicate comfortably with development teams
    • Confidence in financial aspects: budget planning, cost tracking, and reporting
    • A creative problem-solver able to balance detail-oriented thinking with big-picture perspective
    • Proactive, fast learner with a can-do attitude and strong interpersonal skills
    • Highly organized and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
    • Strong facilitation and stakeholder management abilities

    Nice to Have


    • Hands-on experience or Solid understanding with the Shopify platform
    • Understanding of SDLC and traditional project management methodologies
